Sossidge Sunday!

IMG_2050It’s Sossidge Sunday!

Down the street to one of our favourite cafés where I get the full VIP service: sossidges for me – hand fed – before my mum gets her scrambled egg brunch.

Lots of dogs in there, including a sweet pug puppy who had never met any dogs other than the big brother pug she was with.  I was very gentle so that she won’t be frightened of other pooches in future.

Waiting patiently at home earlier to see whether or not we are going out for breakfast.

Gardogning

Today I am helping with the gardening. The back yard has been out of bounds for days because its being cleaned and resealed so I’ve not been allowed there in case I damaged my paws on the detergent or sullied it with my pee.

But today is f-r-e-e-d-o-m out the front as the garden gets a proper tidy up.  I supervise what’s going on and provide a shredding service for the sticks which come off shrubs.   It’s very tiring work and I expect to be resting later to refresh myself before going to the pub tonight.

We support local wildlife

Only six weeks and mum has the clippers out again – my spring trim she says.  I’m getting so used to this regular trimming that today I actually sat down while she was doing it, and had a couple of yawns.  Nervous of electric clippers?  Not me.

This time she left some of my fur floating about the yard so that local birds, who are nesting, can have some for insulation.  We like to support local wildlife.
